Reservation & Payment Policy
• All reservations must be requested in writing and will be confirmed in writing
• In order to guarantee a reservation, the guest must fill our Reservation Form and proceed with the payment
of 100% of the total value of the experience via Credit Card or Paypal
• Reservations will be tentative until the pre-payment has been received
• All transaction taxes or transfer fees have to be covered by the sender
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will apply according to the following time limit:
• Individual / Semi Private
− Cancellations made up to 5 days prior to cooking date: 50% fee of total value of reservation
− Cancellations made 4 days prior to cooking date or less: 100% fee of total value of reservation
• Private Groups
− Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to cooking date: 50% fee of total value of reservation
− Cancellations made 14 days prior to cooking date or less: 100% fee of total value of reservation
